中国科大-华盛顿大学3+1+1本科/硕士学位项目介绍

Description

The Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (hereafter,”UW”),an institution of higher education in the State of Washington, USA. And this Bachalor/Master Program Agreement in order to enhance the educational and cultural opportunities available to their students and to promote general academic cooperation between the two institutions.

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the UW and the USTC will work together to offer a complementary Bachelor/MasterProgram to USTC students. Per this arrangement, highly qualified USTC students who have completed a three(3) year course of study and are selected to participate in and successfully complete USTC's one(1) year business program,to be equivalent to a US four(4) year Bachelor's program, will be invited to apply to one(1) year Master's Program at the UW(3+1+1). Upon successful completion of the Master's Degree Program, the UW will award a Master's degree to the Program Students.

 

For MSCM (Master of Supply Chain Management)

Requirements

Ÿ   Foster MSCM applicants must have completed the equivalent of a four-year US bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

Ÿ   The minimum GPA is 3.0 for the last 90-quarter or 60-semester credits.

Ÿ   Post-undergraduate professional experience is desirable, but not required. The average work experience for the current class is 4.2 years with arange of 0-20.

Ÿ   While there is not a minimum score required, the average GMAT score for the current class is 625 and the average combined GRE is 313.

Ÿ   Complete the TOEFL exam. Minimum score requirement is 92 iBT/580PBT.

Understand Foster MSCM  Program application requirements and begin submitting application components.

Nov.-Jan.

Complete video interview as specified by admission staff

Jan.15

Ensure application is complete and all application materials are finalized

Feb.1

Receive admissions results notice from admissions staff

Feb.20

Submit official response to enrollment offer and provide deposit

Jun.

Attend orientation and begin program of study(please refer to the  offer letter for details)

 

For MSIS (Master of Science in Information Systems)

Requirements

Ÿ   Foster MSIS applicants must have completed the equivalent of a four-year US bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college oruniversity. Applicants are required to hold the equivalent of a four(4) year Bachelor's degree with an IS major or concentration from an accredited business school.

Ÿ   Post-undergraduate professional experience is desirable, but notrequired.

Ÿ   Each individual's performance is evaluated on either the GMAT or GRE,which provide a measure of the applicant's general verbal and quantitative abilities.

Ÿ   Complete the TOEFL exam. Minimum score requirement is 92 iBT/580PBT.

Tuition& fees

MSCM

The total tuition for the 12-month MSCM Program is $38000. Tuition payments are paid quarterly due by the Tuition/Fee Assessment Deadline. Admitted students are required to pay a $1500 non-refundable and non-transferable tuition deposit.

MSIS
