The 2014 conference on career development and employment management, supported by National Natural Science Foundation, will be held at School of Management, the University of Science and Technology of China on November 6-8 2014, in collaboration with other leading universities and academic journals.

The conference’s objective is to strengthen the communication and cooperation among the scholars in the research fields related to career development and employment management by providing a high-level platform of academic exchanges and international cooperation.

The Areas of Interest Include (but are not confined to):
1、Employability, employment guidance and employment policy
2、Entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial success
3、Vocational psychology, vocational behavior and career development
4、Organizational behavior, and human resources development and management
5、The theory, method and application of career assessment and counseling
